• Design upper-level logic for marketing budget management, including budget allocation rules and models across products and traffic sources • Validate the marketing budget approach and prepare it for automation • Develop and validate Early LTV metrics/models for intra-week performance marketing and budget allocation decisions • Build analytical frameworks and tools for performance diagnostics across products, channels, and campaigns • Identify drivers of changes, growth opportunities, and anomalies • Participate in developing an internal AI-based analytics tool for performance analysis, root-cause detection, and opportunity discovery • Provide analytical support for the unified BI layer, including metric definitions, data validation, and selected analytical use cases
• Experience with A/B testing • Strong SQL skills: ability to independently work with large datasets, build complex analytical queries, and validate data quality • Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and experimentation • Ability to design validation/backtesting methodology and correctly interpret results • Strong understanding of performance marketing economics and metrics: LTV, CAC/CPA, ROI/ROAS, conversion funnels, cohorts, and attribution • Ability to build decision-making models and translate analytical findings into clear business rules/recommendations • Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel) • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Superset, Tableau, Power BI) • English level B2+ • Strong advantage: Python for data analysis/modeling • Strong advantage: experience with forecasting, optimization or budget allocation models • Strong advantage: experience with Early LTV / predictive LTV • Strong advantage: experience building automated analytical products or AI/LLM-based analytics tools
