📋 Description

• Launch and optimize Facebook Ads and TikTok campaigns • Report on and analyze advertising campaigns • Analyze projects and audiences via GA4, internal CRM, and other tools • Scale channels without CPA growth and improve ROI and other key metrics • Test new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts, and creatives

🎯 Requirements

• Facebook expert with at least 3 years of experience • Experience with campaigns automation (API, autorules) is required • Meta Blueprint certificate is an additional advantage • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data • English at B2 level • Russian at C1+ level • Strong communication skills • Creativity and ability to find solutions to challenging cases • Analytical thinking and ability to process large amounts of information and draw sound conclusions
