📋 Description

• Develop energy efficiency concepts: You translate customer and market requirements into application-specific concepts (use cases, architecture, feasibility, customer value). • Select and qualify specialist planners: You identify and support suitable design consultants and specifiers based on expertise, segment and region. • Build and maintain a network: You establish and manage a reliable network of specifiers, planners and contractors, including knowledge sharing, advisory support and regular touchpoints. • Coordinate with our channel sales and European segment teams: You synchronize priorities, roadmaps and milestones, share market and partner insights and ensure consistent execution. • Specifications & tenders: You maintain internal and external spec tools, prepare tender texts, drawings, compliance matrices and support RFI/RFP processes. • Transparency & reporting: You keep CRM data up to date and report regularly on inbound inquiries, spec-in offers and influenced pipeline value.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field. • 3+ years of experience in specification, application engineering, pre-sales engineering, consulting or technical project work. • Confident with energy efficiency architectures, standards and norms, and preparing technical documentation for tenders. • Strong in partner management (identifying, qualifying, advising) and in network-oriented work. • Communicative, structured and assertive — you operate confidently between engineering, sales and partners. • Fluent in German, very good command of English. • Willingness to travel.
