📋 Description

• Perform and monitor moderately complex activities in the Billing area • Monitor the daily integration cycle for invoices in the SAP, NL, and Finnet systems • Identify and resolve inconsistencies to ensure operational continuity • Analyze and record requests for reimbursement of operational investments • Handle and resolve Billing-related tickets within the deadlines defined in the SLA • Monitor the performance of the area’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions • Issue, review, and monitor payment slips in the Finnet system • Identify improvement opportunities by analyzing KPIs, process performance, and operational feedback • Map, review, and propose continuous improvements to the area’s processes • Support digital transformation, automation, and financial process optimization initiatives • Perform data analysis to identify deviations, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields—currently enrolled from the sixth semester onward or completed • Experience with financial processes, billing, accounts receivable, operational controls, or related areas • Knowledge of SAP • Advanced Excel skills preferred • Intermediate or advanced Power BI skills preferred • Experience with data analysis and processing preferred • Knowledge of KPIs and dashboard development preferred
