📋 Description

• Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the quality of systems developed in Java. • Perform functional, integration, and regression testing, ensuring solutions meet technical and business requirements. • Collaborate with development teams to proactively identify and resolve quality issues. • Create and maintain technical documentation related to test processes and results. • Participate in planning meetings and retrospectives, contributing insights on software quality. • Monitor and report quality metrics, proposing continuous improvements to development and testing processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Software testing certifications, such as ISTQB. • Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) environments. • Experience with test and bug management tools. • Logical reasoning, commitment, organization, teamwork, proactivity, dynamism, flexibility, initiative, and responsibility. • Strong knowledge of Java and hands-on experience in agile development environments. • Proven experience in test automation and testing tools. • Ability to analyze requirements and create test cases. • Ability to work in a team and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
