📋 Description

• Lead and participate in the strategic planning and execution of tests • Develop, update, and execute advanced test scripts based on project requirements • Create technical reports with evidence from manual, unit, and automated testing, detailing inconsistencies to support the development team • Ensure the ongoing logging and tracking of defects, follow up on fixes, and extract software development quality metrics • Record nonconformities related to system architecture and/or modeling, ensuring compliance with required standards • Define inputs and techniques for test approaches and monitor the software acceptance testing stages with the client’s end users

🎯 Requirements

• Completed higher education (bachelor’s degree or technologist degree) or currently pursuing a degree (at least the fifth semester of a bachelor’s program or the final semester of a technologist program) in an IT-related field, such as Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar discipline • Strong professional experience in the role • Solid, proven experience using Web Services testing tools, request testing, and test process automation • Extensive hands-on experience as a test engineer in test automation, end-to-end execution, and proficiency with automated testing tools • Proficiency in interpreting user stories to understand complex requirements and develop test cases • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) — preferred • Familiarity with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar) — preferred • Knowledge of API testing using Postman — preferred • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, TDD, and containers (Docker/Kubernetes) — preferred • Knowledge of SQL and test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar) — preferred • Currently residing in Curitiba
