📋 Description

• Manage SoftExpert Suite implementation projects for clients in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sectors • Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, quality, and financial sustainability requirements • Lead project planning, activity tracking, and control • Monitor risks, deviations, and blockers, proposing corrective and preventive actions • Facilitate communication among clients, consultants, and the internal teams involved • Ensure client engagement throughout all implementation stages • Lead kickoff, status reporting, executive review, and project closure meetings • Track project KPIs and support decision-making • Ensure deliverables meet the client’s operational and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Additional training in Project Management • Experience managing software, ERP, or management system implementation projects • Experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders and structured timelines • Knowledge of risk management, change management, and KPI tracking • Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills • Organization, time management, and prioritization skills • A completed university degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field is a plus • Experience with Life Sciences and regulated-industry projects is a plus • Knowledge of quality, compliance, and industry regulations (ANVISA, FDA, GxP, ISO) is a plus • Experience with SoftExpert Suite is a plus • Intermediate or advanced English and/or Spanish is a plus
