📋 Description

• Manage SoftExpert Suite implementation projects for clients in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sectors • Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, quality, and financial sustainability requirements • Lead the planning, monitoring, and control of project activities • Monitor risks, deviations, and impediments, and propose corrective and preventive actions • Facilitate communication among clients, consultants, and internal teams • Ensure customer engagement throughout all implementation stages • Lead kickoff, status reporting, executive review, and project closeout meetings • Track project KPIs and support decision-making • Ensure deliverables meet the client’s operational and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Additional training in Project Management • Experience managing software, ERP, or management-system implementation projects • Experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders and structured schedules • Knowledge of risk management, change management, and KPI tracking • Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills • Organization, time-management skills, and a strong sense of priority • Completed higher education in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field (a plus) • Experience with Life Sciences and regulated-industry projects (a plus) • Knowledge of quality, compliance, and industry regulations, including ANVISA, FDA, GxP, and ISO standards (a plus) • Experience with SoftExpert Suite (a plus) • Intermediate or advanced English and/or Spanish (a plus)
