📋 Description

• Manage multiple simultaneous implementation projects involving OneTrust, Privacy Tools, and Securiti, as well as recurring privacy services—typically 4 to 8 active workstreams • Prioritize and balance technical team allocation across projects in partnership with Delivery leadership • Receive sold projects through internal kickoffs, including scope, effort, timelines, and commercial conditions • Build project plans with schedules, milestones, risks, and roles and responsibilities • Lead external client kickoffs, validating the plan and formalizing governance • Keep schedules, risk registers, and action plans up to date • Track hours consumed against the hours sold and anticipate effort and scope variances • Organize weekly client status meetings, internal checkpoints, and steering committees • Manage scope changes with formal documentation and approval • Serve as the primary client management contact, engaging with client managers and executives • Produce executive status reports covering progress, risks, next steps, and pending decisions • Lead replanning discussions and timeline negotiations • Contribute templates, lessons learned, and continuous improvements to the project management methodology • Support the sales team with effort estimates for new proposals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of solid experience managing technology projects for external clients in a consulting firm, systems integrator, software development company, or technology vendor • Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous projects with end-to-end responsibility, including planning, execution, effort control, and closure • Experience tracking project hours and effort, with an understanding of delivery profitability • Degree, postgraduate qualification, or MBA in project management, or PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification • Experience leading kickoffs, steering committees, and challenging client conversations • Strong organization, documentation, and follow-up discipline, including meeting minutes, action plans, and accountability tracking • Preferred: experience in privacy, data protection (LGPD/GDPR), GRC, or information security • Experience implementing B2B SaaS platforms, ideally OneTrust, Privacy Tools, Securiti, or similar solutions • Additional certifications: PMI-ACP, CSM, ITIL, or CIPM • Experience combining fixed-scope projects with recurring services • English or Spanish proficiency for accounts with international operations • Autonomy to resolve issues with the team and propose solutions • Tact and firmness in protecting scope and timelines • Curiosity about the privacy domain • Ownership mindset
