📋 Description

• Manage the full end-to-end project cycle from intake planning and scoping through execution, delivery, and closure • Handle cross-functional and specialized projects across multiple departments • Coordinate planning sessions with executives, project leads, and stakeholders • Manage project execution, deadlines, scope, accountability, and timely delivery • Conduct QA processes to verify deliverable quality • Schedule and facilitate planning, intake, kick-off, alignment, training, decision-making, and mapping meetings • Ensure projects align with company-wide priorities and PMO standards • Maintain PMO documentation, tools, monitoring, and control artifacts • Work with the Data team to gather project reports and metrics • Propose process improvements within the PMO Division • Schedule 1:1s with project owners for performance, alignment, and feedback • Maintain SharePoint project team Home Pages • Include company-wide communications and change management plans in project plans • Collect project feedback at the end of each phase • Close completed projects by archiving files, documenting outcomes, and updating records • Manage stakeholder engagement using the Power Grid • Participate in PMO meetings, raise issues, provide insights, and contribute to solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of project coordination, project management, operations, or related experience • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or other project delivery frameworks • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects • Knowledge of project planning and organization • Stakeholder management skills • Communication and meeting facilitation skills • Resource management skills • Risk and issue management skills • Project execution and delivery skills • Problem solving and critical thinking skills • Cross-functional collaboration skills • Project Management certification preferred (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) • Proficiency in project management software • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices • English language • Ability to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST/EDT
