📋 Description

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the finance systems architecture and identify technical debt • Define areas for improvement and modernization • Develop a refactoring and modernization roadmap • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, technical requirements, and scalability • Lead a team of approximately 33 professionals across Engineering, QA, and Infrastructure • Set technical standards and ensure effective team performance • Manage and mentor 4 team leads • Structure and prioritize a large technical backlog • Translate business needs into milestones, priorities, and deliverables • Oversee development and integration of financial system instances, including Budgeting, Treasury, and Payroll • Ensure seamless system integration, reliability, scalability, and performance • Identify development and delivery bottlenecks and implement improvements • Drive adoption of automation and AI-based solutions • Establish and maintain QA, development, deployment, and infrastructure processes • Communicate progress, technical challenges, risks, and dependencies to business stakeholders • Align engineering priorities with broader business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software development, engineering, or architecture • 5+ years managing technical teams • Experience with ERP/Finance systems: 1C is a must-have + SAP, Oracle, or similar • Strong experience in architecture, refactoring, migrations, and integrations • Basic understanding of financial accounting principles • Strong leadership, prioritization, and decision-making skills • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics • English B2+ • Open-minded, empathetic, and collaborative, with a willingness to experiment and embrace new ideas • Nice to have: Experience with AI/ML applications in financial systems or business intelligence • Nice to have: Knowledge of Fintech or iGaming industry • Nice to have: Experience with 1C ERP specifically • Nice to have: Exposure to high-load SaaS or multi-tenant architecture patterns • Nice to have: Familiarity with modern DevOps, CI/CD optimization, or infrastructure automation
