📋 Description

• Manage a team of SEO Specialists and Link Builders, including workload planning, task delegation, progress tracking, and quality assurance • Participate in weekly sprint planning and assign tasks related to research, link building, web development, copywriting, and other SEO activities • Coordinate SEO reporting and KPI tracking for the team and the Head of Content Marketing • Regularly review, crawl, and audit company websites to maintain technical health • Monitor target keyword rankings and improve search visibility • Analyze competitor websites and share insights with stakeholders • Monitor major Google algorithm updates and inform the team about changes, risks, and action plans • Lead the bi-weekly SEO Sync with the CMT, DMT, and R&A teams • Participate in ad hoc research initiatives and special SEO projects • Participate in hiring and onboarding new SEO team members • Improve team processes, cross-functional collaboration, and overall SEO operations effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO • Up to 2 years of experience managing an SEO team • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles • Intermediate to advanced project management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, SE Ranking or similar platforms • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar • Experience with analytics and search tools, including GA4, Looker, and Google Search Console • Basic knowledge of Google Ads and HTML • Confident use of Google Workspace, including email and writing tools • English proficiency at B1 level or higher • Knowledge of ChatGPT and Generative Search Experience principles is a plus • Relevant SEO certification is nice to have • Knowledge of additional languages: Spanish, Portuguese is nice to have • Experience working with WordPress is nice to have
