📋 Description

• Build, maintain and improve data pipelines and ingestion processes on GCP • Develop data transformations in SQL and dbt on BigQuery • Work with streaming and ingestion tools such as Kafka and Apache NiFi • Support pipeline operations and tooling setup across the whole development lifecycle, including production data workflows • Design scalable, reliable and maintainable data solutions with teammates and client stakeholders • Participate in architecture discussions and propose improvements • Use GitLab, Jira and AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or Antigravity in daily work • Collaborate with the client’s Senior Product Owner and Lead Data Developer as part of a mixed client and Software Mind team • Contribute to projects for a gaming company focused on responsible gaming, player protection and fraud prevention

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT workflows and building data pipelines • Strong SQL and experience with dbt or another SQL-based transformation tool • Experience with BigQuery or a similar cloud data warehouse • Experience with Kafka and ingestion tools such as Apache NiFi • Knowledge of GCP or another cloud platform • Practical understanding of tool setup, pipeline operations and running production data workflows • Comfortable working with GitLab and Jira • Interest in using AI tools in development • English that allows smooth communication in the team • Ownership of work, proactive attitude and willingness to learn • Experience with Flink or Spark • Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD deployments • Experience with Power BI • Experience with Apache Airflow or another orchestration tool
