📋 Description

• Develop diagnostic, descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models and analyses using statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to support data-driven decision making; • Continuously improve existing models to make the good even better; • Align the development of complex statistical models with specific business problems, ensuring progressively higher rates of low-risk automated approvals; • Combine high-quality model design with fast delivery, meeting the demands and specific requirements of each segment; • Stay up to date with new practices in data science; • Apply statistical sampling and modeling techniques to identify areas for business improvement; • Apply clustering techniques to identify customer profiles.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry or related fields; • Knowledge of data science algorithms and proficiency in coding with Python; • Experience with version control and code review processes (e.g., GitHub, GitLab), model monitoring in production, and experimentation methodologies (e.g., A/B testing); • Experience building data products, handling large datasets, and using tools such as Spark, Dask, etc.; • Knowledge of SQL and common data science tools (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, Jupyter notebooks) and predictive modeling; • Postgraduate degree in a field related to data science; • Knowledge of model deployment processes in production and testing methodologies for data products; • Experience developing products and working with machine learning orchestration frameworks (Kubeflow, Airflow, MLflow).
