📋 Description

• Lead the commercial sales operation for Germany • Support, mentor, and develop account managers and field service engineers • Foster inclusion, learning, safety, and continuous improvement • Provide feedback, coaching, and development planning • Achieve regional growth and performance goals • Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts and new business • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer needs • Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention • Act as a technical and commercial resource for complex challenges • Oversee compliance with safety, environmental, and corporate policies • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation • Drive efficiency and cost control initiatives • Identify market trends and opportunities in Light Industry • Lead regional initiatives to expand Solenis’ footprint • Support product launches and innovation adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field • 3–5 years of experience in chemical sales • Proven success winning large, complex deals • Fluent in German and English • Proven leadership experience in managing regional teams • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills • Willingness to travel across Germany • Valid driver’s license • Ability to work independently
