âą Achieve and maintain both individual and departmental productivity, quality and service standards âą Handle internal and external customer interactions, and resolve customer queries, requests and complaints when required âą Process customer orders, service plans and business data in an accurate and timely fashion âą Actively contribute to a positive and supportive team culture âą Deliver timely, relevant and accurate data to key stakeholders when requested âą Work closely with other functions as appropriate to build positive and rewarding relationships âą Take responsibility and seek opportunities for personal development
đŻ Requirements
âą Experience working in a fastâpaced customer service and/or administration environment (essential) âą Excellent written and verbal communication (essential) âą IT literacy with strong Microsoft Office knowledge âą Fluency in French and Flemish
