📋 Description

• Managing and developing existing customer relationships to maximise contract retention and customer satisfaction • Growing revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts • Generating new business through prospecting and networking activities • Conducting customer review meetings and providing consultative solutions tailored to customer needs • Performing water treatment and environmental hygiene monitoring activities • Commissioning and supporting water treatment equipment • Maintaining accurate service reports and customer records • Acting as a trusted partner to customers, ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Proven B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets • Strong account management and customer relationship-building skills • Excellent communication and consultative selling abilities • Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions • Strong organisational and time management skills • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications • Full driving licence
