📋 Description

• Own the testing strategy for assigned features and areas • Decide how confidence is built across unit, component, integration, API, golden, E2E, accessibility, performance, security, manual, and exploratory testing • Participate in discovery and specification reviews before development • Clarify assumptions, surface edge cases, and identify risks and dependencies • Design test cases covering user journeys, happy paths, edge cases, error handling, recovery, and regression • Enable engineers with test suites, regression packs, environments, and mock data • Execute prepared test cases and conduct mandatory exploratory testing • Maintain measurable test coverage per feature to support release decisions • Improve automation strategy and QA processes by reducing flakiness, closing coverage gaps, and reducing repetitive manual regression • Use AI/LLM tools for test case design, automation scripting, and exploratory testing • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Data

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Senior level experience in QA • Experience owning quality for real features or products and making testing strategy decisions • Ownership and proactive mindset • User- and product-first way of thinking • Security mindset and comfort with shift-left quality practices • Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO, Patrol, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright • Experience writing backend tests (API, unit, database) • Experience testing RESTful services with Postman or similar tools • Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions • Strong automation skills, or proactive attitude and technical base to learn automation quickly • Nice to have: experience in web3, fintech, or products handling real money • Nice to have: experience testing across API, integration, golden/screenshot, performance, and accessibility layers • Nice to have: experience with security testing
