📋 Description

• Own the testing strategy for assigned features and product areas • Decide which validation belongs at unit, component, integration, API, golden, E2E, accessibility, performance, security, manual, or exploratory layers • Participate in discovery and specification reviews before development begins • Clarify assumptions, identify edge cases, risks, and dependencies • Design test cases during feature development covering user journeys, happy paths, edge cases, error handling, recovery, and regression • Enable engineers to own their quality responsibilities through test suites, regression packs, environments, and mock data • Execute prepared test cases and conduct mandatory exploratory testing • Maintain measurable test-coverage visibility for each feature • Improve automation strategy and QA processes by reducing flakiness, closing coverage gaps, and reducing repetitive manual regression • Use AI/LLM tools for test-case design, automation scripting, and exploratory testing • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Data and take end-to-end responsibility for feature testing strategy

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Senior level experience in QA • Experience owning quality for real features or products and being accountable for outcomes • Ownership and proactive mindset • User- and product-first way of thinking • Security mindset and comfort with shift-left quality practices • Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO, Patrol, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright • Experience writing backend tests, including API, unit, and database tests • Experience testing RESTful services with Postman or similar tools • Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions • Strong automation skills preferred; manual-testing backgrounds considered with a proactive attitude, solid technical base, and willingness to learn automation quickly • Experience in web3, fintech, or products handling real money is nice to have • Experience testing across API, integration, golden/screenshot, performance, or accessibility layers is nice to have • Experience with security testing is nice to have
