📋 Description

• Implement, administer, and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies across Microsoft 365 environments and corporate devices. • Configure, review, and optimize data protection policies using Microsoft Purview. • Monitor data protection events and alerts, conducting incident analysis and investigations. • Identify and mitigate risks related to the leakage of confidential information. • Implement and administer sensitivity labels, classification policies, and document protection. • Administer information retention and lifecycle policies, supporting Records Management initiatives. • Support eDiscovery, Communication Compliance, and security audit processes. • Administer email protection features with Microsoft Defender for Office 365, including EOP, Anti-Spam, Anti-Phishing, and Anti-Malware policies, Safe Attachments, Safe Links, Standard and Strict policies, quarantine, Threat Explorer, and Attack Simulation Training. • Support the implementation and validation of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. • Ensure compliance with Brazil’s LGPD, GDPR, and HIPAA, where applicable. • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, and business teams, providing technical support and Data Governance recommendations. • Develop technical documentation, operating procedures, and implementation records. • Support data protection and Information Security awareness initiatives. • Drive continuous improvement by keeping up with developments in Microsoft solutions and market trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or a related field. • Experience with Microsoft Purview solutions focused on Data Governance and Data Protection. • Experience implementing and administering Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies. • Knowledge of Microsoft Information Protection, Sensitivity Labels, classification and labeling policies, Data Lifecycle Management, retention policies, Records Management, eDiscovery, and Communication Compliance. • Operational experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365, including Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Anti-Spam, Anti-Phishing, Anti-Malware, Safe Links, Safe Attachments, Threat Explorer, and quarantine management. • Knowledge of email authentication using SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. • Knowledge of compliance with Brazil’s LGPD, GDPR, and Data Governance best practices. • Basic to intermediate PowerShell skills (Exchange Online and Microsoft Purview). • Technical English for reading and interpreting official documentation. • Preferred qualifications: experience with Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft 365 Enterprise environments, Microsoft Entra ID, Data Governance and Compliance projects, PowerShell automation, and Microsoft certifications SC-400, SC-300, SC-200, SC-900, or MS-900.
