📋 Description

• Plan and execute Security Awareness programs based on each client’s context and risk profile • Administer campaigns, training, and phishing simulations using the KnowBe4 platform • Segment target audiences and customize awareness campaigns • Monitor security metrics, repeat incidents, and risky behaviors • Track campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement • Prepare management reports and executive presentations • Lead client meetings, presenting results and providing guidance on improvement actions • Support clients in defining and tracking action plans • Adapt awareness programs to each client’s business, target audience, and risk level • Contribute to the ongoing maturity of Security Awareness programs

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Security Awareness and human risk management • Knowledge of or experience administering the KnowBe4 platform • Knowledge of simulated phishing campaigns, training, and audience segmentation • Knowledge of the SANS Security Awareness Maturity Model • Knowledge of metrics analysis and preparation of management and executive reports • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to organize work and track deadlines • Analytical, results-oriented mindset • Knowledge of the Kaspersky Automated Security Awareness Platform (KASAP) is a plus • Previous experience in customer service or client relationship management is a plus • Experience with Information Security awareness projects is a plus • Knowledge of Information Security frameworks and best practices is a plus • Bachelor’s degree
