📋 Description

• Manage customer-specific requirements as a Senior Consultant • Quickly take on sub-project and project management responsibilities • Independently manage projects • Provide expert support to customers as part of a team • Identify and assess optimization opportunities in business processes and their IT implementation • Actively support business development and acquisition activities • Develop business requirements and specifications for the company’s own product development • Attend on-site customer meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related technical field—ideally with a focus on real estate—or an equivalent qualification • At least 4 years of professional experience in the real estate industry • Extensive SAP experience in mapping real estate business processes • Relevant hands-on experience in modules such as PS, PM, MM, RE-FX, or Finance is required • Independently delivered several relevant SAP projects in the real estate sector • Ability to independently gather and analyze customer-specific requirements and translate them into sustainable solutions • Ability to confidently represent business topics to customers, prepare decisions, and independently structure and drive tasks forward • Precise, self-motivated working style with a strong commitment to quality • Team-oriented and service-focused, with a confident and professional manner when interacting with customers • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German • Good command of English • Proficient in MS Office • Willingness to quickly assume professional responsibility and contribute productively to customer projects without extensive onboarding
