📋 Description

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary AI/ML technical team, including AI engineers and data engineers • Manage hiring, onboarding, career growth, technical skill development, performance coaching, and day-to-day people leadership in a global delivery environment • Architect, design, and guide development of AI/ML solutions from problem framing and feasibility assessment through proof of concept, pilot, production deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management • Apply traditional machine learning and modern AI techniques to solve complex, ambiguous, and novel business problems • Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, platform teams, business stakeholders, and enterprise architecture to define scope, technical approach, success metrics, deployment requirements, integration needs, and adoption plans • Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI systems with rigorous model evaluation practices • Ensure AI solutions align with documentation, governance, privacy, security, compliance, and regulatory expectations • Communicate technical strategy, tradeoffs, risks, milestones, and business outcomes to senior and executive stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science or a related technical field AND 10 years of job related experience • 8+ years of experience working in AI/ML roles, with track record of delivering production AI solutions • 3+ years of experience managing and developing technical teams • Professional proficiency in English required • Strong foundation in traditional AI and machine learning techniques, including deep learning, decision trees, random forests, optimization techniques and statistical modeling • Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, Agentic AI and autonomous or semi-autonomous AI architectures • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status • Advanced degree in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or related field is an additional qualification • Experience launching multiple AI products/programs, particularly in global or regulated industries, is an additional qualification • Experience leading multidisciplinary AI research and development teams is an additional qualification • Familiarity with cloud-native AI/ML platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is an additional qualification • Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop diverse technical teams is an additional qualification
