• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery & trial documents • Legal research and litigation timelines • Manage e‑filings, calendaring & case systems • Client communication, intake & case updates • Prepare hearings, depositions & trial materials
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in U.S. civil litigation (Florida preferred) • C1 / Fully bilingual English & Spanish • Strong drafting & procedural knowledge • Experience with e‑filing & case management tools • Independent, detail‑oriented & deadline‑driven
