📋 Description
• Answer customer calls professionally and courteously • Coordinate and schedule service requests • Manage billing processes and documentation accurately • Use different systems and platforms simultaneously • Review customer information and notes to ensure accuracy • Provide an exceptional experience in every interaction
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced English (spoken and written) • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or similar functions • Good command of computer tools and navigation between multiple systems • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Positive attitude and customer orientation • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus • Secondary basic education • CRM knowledge • Automotive industry knowledge • Customer service knowledge
