• Recopilar, validar y organizar datos digitales de herramientas de analítica, plataformas de anuncios y sistemas de clientes • Apoyar la configuración y QA de tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, validación de píxeles, estructuras UTM) • Construir dashboards y automatizar reportes recurrentes en Looker Studio y Excel/Sheets • Analizar comportamiento web y rendimiento de campañas para identificar oportunidades de optimización • Entregar reportes mensuales y trimestrales con storytelling claro y recomendaciones accionables • Responder solicitudes de análisis ad hoc (conversion paths, landing pages, audiencias, performance por canal) • Colaborar con equipos de medios, estrategia y clientes para conectar insights con decisiones de optimización • Contribuir a mejorar prácticas de medición, eficiencia en reporting e innovación analítica dentro de la agencia
• Licenciatura en Marketing, Negocios, Analítica o campo relacionado (Máster es un plus) • Inglés B2+ • 1–3 años de experiencia en analítica digital, media analytics o marketing digital (preferible experiencia en agencia) • Experiencia con GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio y Excel/Sheets • Conocimiento de métricas de search, social y display media • Habilidades analíticas, organizativas y de resolución de problemas • Capacidad para comunicar datos de forma clara a audiencias no técnicas
