📋 Description

• Assist attorneys and legal staff with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks. • Support the coordination and processing of real estate/title closings (approximately 30–40 closings per month). • Prepare, review, and organize legal documents related to closings.

🎯 Requirements

• C1 English proficiency. • 1-2 years of experience as a legal assistant, title processor or similar legal roles. • 3-6 months of experience in real estate law (preferred). • Associate degree or higher in paralegal studies or a related field (preferred). • Must be familiar with the "as is" contract. • Proficiency in drafting title documents.
