📋 Description
• Traducirás el roadmap del cliente en tareas concretas y liderarás su ejecución. • Coordinarás al equipo de ejecutores y también ejecutarás tú mismo (CRM, automatización, dashboards…). • Liderarás reuniones de seguimiento y asegurarás el impacto del proyecto. • Identificarás oportunidades de mejora y las activarás si tienen sentido. • Construirás un sistema de trabajo sólido, escalable y no dependiente de una sola persona.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia de 3 a 5 años liderando proyectos funcionales con impacto real. • Español nativo e inglés fluido (lectura, documentación, reuniones).
