⢠Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads (Search). ⢠Support additional paid channels as needed (primarily Meta Ads). ⢠Monitor performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and conversion quality. ⢠Perform keyword research, bid adjustments, search term analysis, and account structure optimization. ⢠Execute and document A/B tests on ads, creatives, landing pages, and targeting. ⢠Build, update, and maintain performance reports and tracking spreadsheets. ⢠Analyze campaign data to identify trends, issues, and optimization opportunities. ⢠Ensure correct tracking and measurement (GA4; Google Tag Manager knowledge is a plus). ⢠Organize campaign documentation, reports, and supporting materials. ⢠Communicate performance updates, questions, and insights via email and internal tools. ⢠Provide operational support to senior team members as needed.
⢠1.5 to 4 years of experience in roles related to: Paid Media / Performance Marketing ⢠Google Ads campaign management ⢠Digital marketing execution ⢠Hands-on experience managing Google Ads Search campaigns (required). ⢠Experience with Meta Ads is a strong plus. ⢠Ability to interpret campaign data and optimize based on KPIs. ⢠Basic knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking. ⢠Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ⢠Ability to work independently in a remote environment. ⢠Organized, reliable, and process-driven profile. ⢠Comfort working in a mid-level, execution-focused role. ⢠Experience in lead generation or performance-focused industries is a plus.
