• Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads • Develop strategies aligned with brand, growth, and performance goals • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis • Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages • Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and optimize ROI • Run A/B tests across ads, audiences, and funnels • Prepare performance reports and share insights and recommendations • Support remarketing, email marketing, and basic SEO initiatives
• 3–5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns end-to-end • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking • Solid understanding of paid media metrics and performance optimization • Strong analytical skills and experience optimizing ad copy and creatives • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously • Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing • Detail-oriented with a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset • English level: C1 or higher
