• Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. • Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts. • Assess prospects against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). • Schedule confirmed discovery calls for Account Executives. • Maintain 100% accurate CRM records. • Share insights on objections, trends, and value propositions.
• Minimum 2+ years of B2B appointment setting, SDR, sales development, or outbound sales experience. • Strong preference for candidates with SaaS experience. • Native-level or near-native English proficiency (clear, confident, persuasive communication). • Proven ability to handle objections and maintain high-volume outreach cadence. • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Google Workspace.
