• Cerrar ventas, • Realizar discovery calls y closing calls con prospectos B2B, • Presentar soluciones de automatización impulsadas por AI, • Manejar objeciones como un experto, • Negociar precios, términos y cerrar acuerdos, • Registrar toda la actividad en CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), • Dar seguimiento estratégico a oportunidades, • Alcanzar y superar metas diarias y mensuales, • Colaborar con SDRs, marketing y operaciones, • Optimizar conversiones con feedback constante
• +2 años de experiencia en ventas B2B (Closer / Account Executive / High-Ticket), • Ingles: B2+/C1, • Historial comprobado cumpliendo cuotas, • Experiencia en pipelines de alto volumen, • Capacidad de llevar llamadas estructuradas de principio a cierre, • Manejo de CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot o similar), • Trabajo remoto autónomo y disciplinado, • Disponibilidad en horario EST
