📋 Description
• Draft and review commercial agreements • Support contract negotiations with clients • Conduct legal research for new services and jurisdictions • Drive continuous improvement in legal processes • Collaborate with international legal teams
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree • B2 English level • Minimum 3 years of experience in contracts • Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and legal analysis skills • Excellent English communication (written & spoken) • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented • Comfortable in fast-paced environments • Preferred: In-house legal experience • Preferred: Experience with international contracts or cross-border matters • Preferred: Knowledge of employment law
