📋 Description

• Brindar información completa dentro de los tiempos establecidos. • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y regulaciones de ticketing FIFA. • Alcanzar los KPIs mensuales del equipo. • Atender consultas por correo, webform, carta y otros canales usando la base de conocimiento FIFA. • Realizar atención telefónica inbound y outbound, incluyendo aclaración de procesos de ticketing. • Brindar soporte a procesos de ventas grupales. • Asesorar a clientes con discapacidad o movilidad reducida. • Apoyar tareas administrativas como: Ingreso y análisis de datos, Revisión de documentos, Pruebas de sistemas de ticketing y CRM, Traducción y revisión de textos para clientes • Garantizar que toda la atención cumpla con los lineamientos FIFA.

🎯 Requirements

• Ser trilingue en Inglés, Francés y Aleman con nivel avanzado • 1 año de experiencia previa en Customer Service
