• Atender clientes por chat y llamadas sobre productos, órdenes, calidad y soporte • Garantizar una experiencia de servicio excepcional • Mantener conocimiento actualizado de productos y procesos • Colaborar con QA, entrenamiento y Team Leads • Comunicar avances, dudas y oportunidades con el equipo • Trabajar con horarios rotativos de 8 horas, incluidos fines de semana, con 2 días de descanso

🎯 Requirements

• Dominio de Inglés, Español y Frances, comunicación verbal y escrita C1 • Mínimo 8 meses a 1 año de experiencia en Call center • Capacidad de multitarea y resolución de problemas • Residir en ciudades con sede de Solvo: Cali, Medellín, Bogotá, Barranquilla, Armenia, Bucaramanga e Ibague • Disponibilidad total para turnos rotativos Lunes a Domingo • Aprobar Test de hábilidades • Educación Básica Secundaria • Inglés avanzado • Francés avanzado • Español avanzado
