📋 Description

• Perform deep exploratory testing, covering edge cases, friction points, and inconsistencies • Learn complex workflows and business rules to think like end users and administrators • Identify experience issues even when functionality technically works, supporting findings with evidence • Prioritize testing of highest-impact areas in a continuously changing product • Deliver actionable findings covering the problem, user impact, evidence, and recommended priority • Combine exploratory testing, continuous validation, and light regression testing • Work directly with clients by asking questions, sharing progress, requesting feedback, and communicating risks

🎯 Requirements

• Solid senior-level experience in QA, with a strong focus on exploratory and user-centric testing • Strong product sense and ability to understand complex workflows, business rules, and user goals • Depth, curiosity, and attention to detail • Proactive attitude and confidence voicing opinions with stakeholders • Ability to work independently in complex, changing products with little guidance • Excellent English communication skills (B2+ / C1) • Comfort talking directly with clients • Experience in startups or high-velocity product environments (nice to have) • Background in UX or usability testing (nice to have) • Experience with admin-heavy or B2B SaaS platforms (nice to have)
