📋 Description

• Grow usage of the Sonar solution within accounts • Increase account Sonar maturity and satisfaction • Reduce account churn, downgrades, and escalations • Establish Sonar as a trusted advisor and increase the number of Sonar sponsors • Help accounts stay current on active Sonar versions • Influence the Sonar roadmap based on account needs • Listen to and formalize account technical pains and adoption inhibitors • Develop plans to overcome customer pains and inhibitors • Report product gaps internally and advocate for resolution • Promote Sonar's methodology for continuous code quality and security improvements • Keep accounts informed about the roadmap and upcoming releases • Recruit and upgrade customer development teams using Sonar • Position the Sonar ecosystem favorably against competing products • Educate developers and managers about static code analysis and Sonar • Ensure technical deployment and operations align with deployment size and DevOps criticality • Run Quarterly Business Reviews with account sales representatives • Execute deployment audits, identify gaps, and drive remediation plans • Contribute to account management plans and develop account-specific technical strategies • Track account technical status, progress, threats, and maturity opportunities • Maintain expertise in Sonar product development

🎯 Requirements

• Proven practical experience (at least 5 years) in software development or DevOps engineering • At least 5 years of experience in pre- or post-sales customer-facing activities • High listening skills and ability to formalize and abstract elements expressed by customers and partners • Excellent presentation skills with strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a team, receive and give feedback, and share knowledge • Attention to detail • Can-do attitude, including challenging the status quo and leading or contributing to improvements and innovations • Autonomy to run activities and plans with limited supervision
