📋 Description
• Gather and document requirements • Create and compare “current state” and “future state” business process maps • Develop functional specifications for projects • Analyze moderately complex projects for size, scope, and objectives • Develop mastery of assigned applications • Identify and deploy process improvement initiatives maximizing business value from IT solutions • Create and conduct functional testing and training • Assist in identifying customer needs and provide superior customer service • Provide end user support • Liaise with software vendors to resolve technical issues • Ensure Sonoco IT standards are employed in all activities • Enforce safe work practices in assigned projects
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related discipline • 3-5 years experience in ERP • Experience with Radius ERP is a plus • Knowledge of the Flexibles business • Moderate travel may be required
