📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Sophos Firewall and Multi-Firewall Management in Sophos Central, from discovery and research through definition, delivery, launch, and iteration • Define and maintain the product roadmap based on security needs, competitive dynamics, and business objectives • Develop expertise in next-generation firewall and network security use cases, including centralized management at scale, MSP and multi-tenant scenarios, SD-WAN, VPN, and integrations with Sophos Central, XDR/MDR, and ZTNA • Conduct customer discovery through interviews, data analysis, and collaboration with sales teams, partners, and MSPs • Translate security and networking requirements into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Partner with engineering to guide development, remove blockers, and ensure quality outcomes • Monitor competitors including Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Cisco, and WatchGuard • Drive go-to-market planning with sales, marketing, and customer success • Define and track product metrics such as firewall onboarding, adoption, managed-firewall attach rate, and operational efficiency • Present product strategy, progress, and results to product leadership and senior management • Report to the VP of Product Management

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in product management with domain knowledge of cybersecurity, network security, or a related B2B SaaS environment • Strong understanding of the network security market, including IPS, application control, web and TLS inspection, VPN, SD-WAN, and zero-trust network access • Familiarity with centralized firewall management platforms • Understanding of cloud-managed security operations, including multi-tenancy, role-based access, templates, group-based policy, API, and automation • Proven track record of taking products from early discovery through launch and scaling in a technical domain • Ability to translate complex security and networking concepts into product strategy and actionable requirements • Ability to use quantitative and qualitative insights to drive prioritization and measure success • Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills • Experience collaborating with global or distributed teams and engaging enterprise customers, partners, and prospects • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Technical degree or security/networking certifications such as CISSP or CCNP are a plus • Legal authorization to work in India without employer sponsorship
