📋 Description

• Drive component scope, identify risks or opportunities, and manage strategy for transition of functionally rich components • Build software products for banking and financing institutions with collaborative R&D teams • Partner with leadership across geographies to initiate and execute strategies • Support the future of components, align them with business objectives, and maximize ROI • Enable, empower, and encourage teams for continuous process improvement • Challenge people and engineering practices to improve product quality • Provide governance to product teams to ensure solution quality and efficiency • Mentor teams and reinforce organizational values and culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience • 5 years of experience delivering E2E solutions based on Java and Cloud Technologies, adhering to Microservices-based architecture • 14–18 years of industry experience in design, development, deployments, operations, and managing non-functional perspectives of technical solutions • Strong exposure to leading large enterprise-grade components and managing E2E delivery • Proven track record in program management, organization, and interpersonal skills • In-depth experience in Microservices-based Cloud Native architecture with Java background • Exposure to digital transformation and digital technologies • Extensive experience with Agile and/or SAFe practices • Extensive experience in standard Project Management responsibilities, including project planning, monitoring and reporting, risk and issue management, budget tracking, and change management • Fintech or lending domain experience is a plus but not necessary • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities • Self-starter able to take initiatives and get things done
