📋 Description

• Monitor the insured’s/third party’s claims process with insurers and repair shops • Respond to requests from insureds and brokers • Register claims and conduct the initial assessment • Upload documents to the insurer’s system • Provide insureds and brokers with real-time updates on the status of the claims process • Monitor SLAs to ensure timely action on claims • Review and resolve outstanding issues in claims processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in automobile claims at an insurance brokerage • Knowledge of how to open automobile claims with major insurers through the broker portal • Strong communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Quick thinking • Strong writing skills • Highly organized with processes and routines • Good interpersonal skills • Basic Excel knowledge • Experience with Freshdesk or another customer support system is a plus • Experience with Excel / Google Sheets is a plus • Experience with NPS is a plus • Startup experience is a plus • Contractor engagement (PJ), with the option to register as a sole proprietor under MEI • Internet connection of at least 20 Mbps
