📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end process for overdue auto insurance installments with insurers and policyholders • Monitor and analyze critical deadlines to prevent the cancellation of active policies • Navigate and operate the portals of leading insurers (through the Broker Portal) to review and resolve outstanding issues • Provide prompt, consultative support to policyholders and partner brokers • Manage the scheduling of technical inspections when applicable to the collections or policy regularization process • Ensure compliance with agreed operational SLAs and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), maintaining workflow efficiency • Serve as a strategic liaison between policyholders and insurers, ensuring the financial health of policies and delivering excellent service

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in collections or overdue installment management, with a focus on auto insurance, specifically within an insurance brokerage workflow (essential) • Operational proficiency with the major insurer portals in the market • Strong verbal and written communication skills for negotiations and customer service • Organized, deadline-oriented, and solution-focused • Knowledge of insurance broker operations required • Willingness to participate in an intensive period of growth • Commitment to customer service excellence • Knowledge of auto insurance within an insurance brokerage environment • Experience with installment regularization processes • Basic computer skills • Experience with other auto insurance processes, such as policy issuance and endorsements, is a plus • Internet connection of at least 20 Mbps required
