📋 Description

• Headhunt qualified teachers using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, and the candidate database • Re-engage teachers matching live school vacancies • Write and post job advertisements across job boards and social channels; track and improve performance • Build social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook teacher groups, Instagram, and TikTok • Screen candidates by phone regarding qualifications, teacher registration, right to work, availability, year levels, and subjects • Encourage suitable candidates to complete registration packs, digital interviews, and reference checks, or conduct phone interviews • Prepare candidate summaries and shortlists for Australian consultants • Grow and maintain talent pools across Primary, Middle, Secondary, and Special Needs teaching • Develop new sourcing channels through forums, referrals, universities, training providers, and overseas markets • Organize applicants in the database and file them appropriately • Meet weekly sourcing, screening, and shortlist targets and share learnings with the team • Work with consultants and the recruitment team in Australia

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Talent Acquisition Associate, Recruiter, or similar • Experience supporting an Australian, UK, or US market preferred; strong Philippine/local recruitment experience may also be considered • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred • Confidence using social media as a sourcing tool • Familiarity with Seek, Seek Talent Search, or other job boards • Excellent written and spoken English • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and phone screening • Curious and inventive approach to sourcing • Self-motivated and able to work well with a team based in another country • After the initial interview, create a short video introduction highlighting background, professional experience, key skills, and career achievements • Education-sector recruitment experience, Australian recruitment experience, understanding of AITSL skills assessment or Australian teacher registration, ATS experience, and LinkedIn Recruiter/SEEK experience are nice to have
