📋 Description

• Design and build core machine learning systems for a proactive, forward-looking AI platform • Own projects end-to-end, including data curation, model training, evaluation, inference, and continuous iteration • Translate cutting-edge research concepts into robust, reliable production systems • Use live production signals and data to troubleshoot model anomalies and system bottlenecks • Deploy systems, analyze real-world performance metrics, refine approaches, and iterate rapidly • Collaborate with research, engineering, and product teams to connect technical milestones with user value • Mentor fellow engineers and conduct rigorous code and technical reviews • Set high standards for technical judgment through hands-on execution • Optimize model architectures across latency, computational cost, reliability, and safety at scale

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Machine Learning role • Experience with Python • Experience with PyTorch and/or JAX • Experience with GPU-based training and inference systems • Demonstrated experience building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning systems used in real-world environments • Strong practical understanding of how modern ML models behave and fail in live production • Ability to mitigate production edge cases • Track record of writing clean, robust, production-grade code • Architectural mindset beyond simple scripting • High degree of self-direction and initiative • Ability to independently drive complex technical initiatives from concept to launch • Ability to rapidly absorb new concepts • Ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly • Ability to continuously improve code and systems through iterative feedback loops
