📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end development and feature delivery for Web and Mobile funnels • Ensure continuous optimization and performance improvement • Formulate Value Proposition improvements and generate growth hypotheses for web and app funnels • Align user needs with strategic business goals • Prioritize and implement growth initiatives impacting key product metrics • Identify effective growth hacks • Conduct competitive analysis and market research • Identify new growth opportunities and strengthen marketing strategies • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on strategic initiatives • Work on a mobile and web product in the utilities niche, focused on budget management • Further improve a product transitioned from MVP to a full-fledged product • Grow toward a Lead role and build a high-performing team

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2C, Web, and Mobile apps • Strong analytical skills • Hands-on experience with key product metrics and analytics tools, including Tableau • Ability to form hypotheses and validate them through structured experimentation • Background in A/B testing, user research, and competitive market analysis • Proven collaboration with product and engineering teams • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher
