📋 Description

• Lead product discovery activities to identify new market opportunities and customer problems • Conduct Customer Discovery (CusDev), user interviews and market research to validate customer needs and business opportunities • Build and prioritize a hypothesis backlog aligned with company strategy and growth objectives • Define experimentation plans and success metrics for product hypotheses • Design, launch and evaluate prototypes and MVPs to validate product feasibility, desirability and commercial potential • Analyze customer feedback, product usage and business metrics to make evidence-based product decisions • Work closely with Data Science, Engineering, UX, Analytics and Business teams throughout the innovation process • Prepare validated concepts, business cases and product documentation for handover to Core Product Teams • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and competitors to identify future innovation opportunities • Foster a culture of experimentation, rapid learning and continuous innovation within the whole Big Data team

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Discovery, Innovation Management or a related role • Experience with Big Data, AI/ML, AdTech, MarTech or Data Products • Experience working with B2B products • Strong understanding of Lean Startup, Design Thinking and product discovery methodologies • Hands-on experience conducting customer interviews, validating hypotheses and running product experiments • Experience launching prototypes, MVPs or new digital products • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer insights and product metrics • Knowledge of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing and data-driven decision making • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority • Strong business acumen and customer-centric thinking • Upper-Intermediate English or higher
