📋 Description

• Enter bank statements and perform bank reconciliations across group entities • Participate in monthly closing, including accrued charges, invoices not received, accrued expenses, and accrued interest • Prepare analytical salary and bonus entries, paid-leave provisions, and reversals • Record fixed assets and depreciation entries • Prepare intercompany entries • Follow up customer invoicing and conduct weekly billing reviews • Manage customer dunning and payment reminders • Process purchase invoices in Yooz, including import, review, and user/workflow maintenance • Review and reconcile expenses in Spendesk • Prepare monthly/quarterly VAT returns per entity and maintain VAT control files • Prepare European Services Declaration (DES) • Manage corporate income tax installment payments and CVAE • Prepare and file DAS2 declarations • Follow up and resolve Accounting tickets in Jira • Support Finance process documentation and ad hoc requests

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting degree (Bachelor’s to Master’s level) • At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm (Cabinet d’expert-comptable), or 3 years as an accountant in a start-up / scale-up environment • Rigor and follow-through with recurring work • Genuine autonomy and self-driven work style in a remote organization • Experience with Yooz, Spendesk or equivalent tools is a plus • Openness to automation and AI-assisted tools • Fluent French • Professional English • Pragmatic and analytical problem-solving • Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
