📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain analytical database structures (OLAP) using modeling approaches such as star schema and snowflake schema. • Analyze execution plans and optimize complex queries, analytical queries, and ETL routines to ensure fast, bottleneck-free reporting. • Manage access permissions, ensure the security of analytical data, and maintain compliance with data protection laws (LGPD). • Monitor and administer database instances, managing costs, scalability, and availability. • Work closely with developers and analysts to create efficient indexes, table partitions, and materialized views. • Provide timely and reliable data for reporting and decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related data field. • Certification not required. • Preferred experience: 4 years in data-related roles using agile methodologies. • Solid experience as a DBA with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL. • Advanced SQL proficiency, including stored procedures, views, indexing, partitioning, and query tuning. • Experience with modern data warehouses and columnar databases, such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or ClickHouse. • Knowledge of cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
