📋 Description

• Provide ongoing processing services for the customer's entire SAP Solution environment. • Perform analysis, communication, and corrective and proactive actions to ensure the performance of non-production and production environments, including processing, infrastructure, and databases. • Use SAP tools, Wily Introscope, Zabbix, and scripts integrated or not with BMC Control-M for SAP. • Size, plan, deploy, operationalize, manage, and adapt software and tools within the SAP environment. • Design, plan, document, and implement integrations between SAP operations, support, or management tools and the customer's legacy platform tools. • Design, plan, document, and implement Archiving functionalities and services for SAP. • Proactively and continuously operate and administer the SAP infrastructure, focusing on reducing risks and failures. • Apply the RSLAF (Run SAP Like a Factory) approach, covering application monitoring and alerts, technical analysis, data volume management, job scheduling, end-user experience monitoring, data consistency, business processes, and business process improvement. • Pursue operational efficiency and continuous improvement of the SAP Solution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a completed undergraduate degree in any field, together with a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctoral degree) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours. • SAP Performance & Tuning or S/4HANA Technical Administration is desirable. • At least three years of experience is desirable in monitoring and analyzing the technical performance of SAP environments, including tuning, bottleneck identification, and the use of specialized tools. • Knowledge of SAP performance technical analysis using ST03N, STAD, SM50, SM66, ST02, and ST06. • Knowledge of monitoring with SAP Solution Manager (Technical Monitoring, EWA). • Knowledge of Wily Introscope, Zabbix, and Control-M for SAP. • Knowledge of RSLAF concepts: Technical Analytics, Job Management, and End-User Monitoring. • Knowledge of HANA and Oracle database tuning. • Understanding of SAP architecture and the impact of infrastructure on performance.
