📋 Description

• Responsible for software development and integration within the scope of projects contracted by Spassu with its clients. • Lead the development team and assign tasks using project management tools. • Ensure that delivered software implements all specified requirements on the defined technology platform and in accordance with architectural standards. • Set up projects according to internal and client procedures to ensure integrity, traceability, and maintainability. • Design and evolve the project architecture throughout the software life cycle. • Interpret functional specifications and produce technical specifications containing descriptive text, UML diagrams, and other models. • Plan work using the designated project management tool. • Guide and support the team’s developers. • Code and integrate software components according to technical specifications and the project’s languages and libraries. • Identify, develop, and execute tests for the components created. • Perform enhancements and corrective maintenance. • Produce technical documentation in accordance with contractual requirements. • Integrate components with the team’s other components using the designated tool. • Set up and configure the local development environment. • Provide information for configuring production pipelines in the continuous integration tool. • Support the client’s IT team and users regarding developed components, modules, and packages. • Perform deliveries and integration testing in the client environment. • Support acceptance testing and deployment in the client’s environments. • Train the client and provide knowledge transfer on the software developed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Chemistry; or a bachelor’s degree in any field supplemented by a graduate program (specialization, master’s, or doctoral degree) of at least 360 hours in Information Technology. • Certification not required. • Preferred experience: 7 years as a Systems Analyst, Developer, or in a related role. • Knowledge of the development and support of solutions maintained by the Agile Team, covering the entire life cycle from conception, analysis, and design through implementation, testing, deployment, operation, and decommissioning. • Strong command of technical areas such as modeling, solution architecture, programming, databases, user interfaces, services and integrations, testing, and deployment.
