📋 Description

• Be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing the Netherlands’ leading online retailer • Listen to what drives our customers and provide solutions either by phone calls, emails, or chats • Handle inquiries about product orders, payments and deliveries, as well as customer complaints • Maintain high customer satisfaction • Take the extra mile to engage customers

🎯 Requirements

• Native /near-native level in Dutch • B2-level English skills • Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively • Exceptional problem-solving and ability to respond to different types of characters • Adaptive skills and team spirit • European citizenship or work permit for Greece
